They took me in as a new patient and responded to momma dog swiftly during labor early in the morning. They gave me updates on her birth while I was away and have cared for all of the pups since that day. I'm so very grateful for the personal, caring and professional experience I've had. They give accurate pricing before procedure and are upfront with all care needs. I can actually remember my dog's medicine regimen- and even when I forget, I can call in and ask without feeling stupid. They have been so flexible and helpful with my busy schedule.
